For what it's worth, I paid $20/ticket to go to Edmonton and Val-d'Or last night, and the lady who sold them to me was happy to get it. There were over 200 ticket listings on Kijiji yesterday... the first rule of the Memorial Cup is that you'll never make even face value back for games not involving the host team (or generational talents like Sidney Crosby in 2005).
Arenas visited for games:
OHL: 19 current (28 all-time)
QMJHL: 10 (12)
NHL: 19 (23)
AHL: 5 (6)
NCAA: 3

I sold mine for $80 for the pair. They went to actual fans which is cool with me. And I am sure she was happy to get it. I sold my two tickets to Guelph and the Q for $40 but it was to a father and son leaving the arena. Of course I was trying to get face value back but when I saw TONS of people waving tickets trying to sell I knew it was not happeneing. Then I had those DB scalper scum trying to get them off of me for cheap it was the only way to sell the tickets and feel good doing it.
